we will provide a special dessert for your joyous occasion. Please specify your celebration during your reservation/confirmation process.
We discourage outside food such as dessert/cake to be brought into our restaurant. Cake cutting fee of NT$1,000 will be applicable if consumed in our restaurant including a quarter of the cake to be reserved for food safety check. You will need to sign the Food Hygiene and Safety Consent Form for our record.
Your dining reservation is subject to the restaurant’s confirmation whereby you agree to abide by the terms and conditions regarding cancellation and no show policies. A deposit payment of NT$2,000 per person will be required for each booking in order to secure a dining confirmation.
The following charges will be applied for cancellation made in less than 7 days:
1. Any cancellation within 7 days (inclusive of the dining date), 30% of the deposit will be forfeited.
2. Any cancellation within 3 days (inclusive if the dining date), 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.
3. Any cancellation made on the dining date, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited.
All refund process requires 7 to 14 business days depending on banking protocols and conditions.
