Paris 1930 de Hideki Takayama has been the pioneer of fine dining French cuisine in Taiwan.  All team members are dedicated to entice guests by engaging all five senses for incredible dining experiences.

The restaurant’s culinary director, Hideki Takayama, has twice won the Asia-Pacific champion of the Bocuse d’Or, known as the “Culinary Olympics”, and achieved fifth place in the world during 2015.  Hideki Takayama incorporates Taiwanese tea by understanding all its characteristics into all his creations, awaiting to be discovered by discerning guests.

In addition to the Michelin star accolade, the sommelier is honored for being recognized with Michelin Sommelier Award and the Best Wine List in 2022.  Paris 1930 de Hideki Takaya has been the first restaurant in Taiwan to provide exquisite sommelier service along with its comprehensive wine list from five major wineries in France, Europe, and New World production areas. Sake is also seen in the food and wine pairing. Matching food with the perfect wine reflects our hospitality and professionalism.

Hideki Takayama, who grew up in the countryside of Fukuoka, provides authentic "cohesion" and "sharing" of cooking, which synchronizes with his restaurant Entre Nous in Kobe. His sincere hospitality, and satisfaction depicts the happiness on the corners of his mouth. With a smiling face, he uses the purest ingredients and rich Taiwanese tea products to connect the taste bud spectrum for all his dishes.

*For guests bringing their own wine or spirits, a BYOB fee applies: NT$1,500 per bottle for wine and NT$2,000 per bottle for spirits. One bottle of restaurant wine may offset one bottle of corkage, or other alcoholic beverages such as beer or cocktails may be used for offset.

Precautions

*We are not able to serve children's menu. Dining experience is not suitable for children under 8 years old.

*We recommend elegant casual attire. Unsuitable clothing list includes shorts, slippers, sandals, open toe footwear, tank tops and collarless shirts/t-shirts. Please refrain from excessive use of perfume or cologne.

*Dining duration will depend on the menu that you select. Please expect a minimum of 3-3.5 hours.

* For impeccable dining experience – we will only begin service when all guests of the table arrive. For late arrivals or incomplete parties – we will provide an exclusive reception area during your waiting period

*Please inform us about your food allergies or dietary restrictions while completing the reservation through INLINE, we are unable to accommodate meal adjustments on the day of dining. Dietary restrictions must be informed 3 days prior to actual dining date.

*To provide the perfect experience for all guests without disturbance, please avoid walking or toasting around during the meal. Flash photography is prohibited. Please ensure that mobile phones are turned silently and refrain from speaking loudly in the dining room.

* All dishes are unavailable for take-out due to food safety and health concerns.

Do not bring outside food

For food safety reasons, outside food is not allowed. For birthday celebrations, we invite you to join the Landis Club; the restaurant will prepare a complimentary birthday dessert for members. Guests bringing their own cake to enjoy in the restaurant will be charged NT$500 and are required to sign a food safety agreement for regulatory purposes.

Cancellation Policy

Your dining reservation is subject to the restaurant’s confirmation whereby you agree to abide by the terms and conditions regarding cancellation and no show policies. A deposit payment of NT$2,000 per person will be required for each booking in order to secure a dining confirmation.

The following charges will be applied for cancellation made in less than 7 days:

1. Any cancellation within 7 days (inclusive of the dining date), 30% of the deposit will be forfeited.

2. Any cancellation within 3 days (inclusive if the dining date), 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.

3. Any cancellation made on the dining date, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited.

All refund process requires 7 to 14 business days depending on banking protocols and conditions.

In order to maintain a sustainable and wonderful environment, the restaurant does not provide disposable tableware and take-out services.
