As one of Taiwan’s most historic fine dining establishments, Paris 1930 de Hideki Takayama has not only cultivated many top chefs but was also the first restaurant in Taiwan to host Michelin-starred guest chefs.
For this special masterclass, the restaurant is honored to welcome Chef Régis Marcon, a legendary French chef who has held three Michelin stars and a Green Star for sustainability for 20 consecutive years.
He will share his exclusive insights into his culinary philosophy, commitment to tradition, and how he trains Michelin-caliber chefs.
